Bob Howard GMC has provided services on my 2018 Yukon Denali and previous vehicles for the past 20 years or so. He makes sure I get the best deals and personally keeps me updated on the status of my service procedure. The free Uber to work is a valuable service & I use it every time. I was greeted by Peggy, my service advisor, and was immediately put into the service lineup. She was courteous, helpful, and very friendly. Salesman was great. The dealership on the other hand.. meh. Claimed they put some marked up “protectant” on the car called Resistall, with no option to not pay for it be The dealership on the other hand.. meh. I guess they put it over the half xxx detail job they did. Half smoked Cigarettes left in the console, back cupholders full of gunk and trash, and dirty streaks on the top of the van where they hit it with the powerwasher, but didn’t get it clean. The oil cap was the wrong size, all of the fluids were low. Backup camera doesn’t work. Sure hope that stuff protects the nastiness. They did offer to reclean it and reapply the crap they forced on me, if I’ll just drive the hour back to OKC to give them a second chance to do they job they said they already did. More
