I took my 2020 Honda Accord in for a routine wheel alignment in early April 2025. During the visit, the dealership conducted a “courtesy check” on the vehicle and presented me with a list of “necessar alignment in early April 2025. During the visit, the dealership conducted a “courtesy check” on the vehicle and presented me with a list of “necessary” maintenance items totaling $2,600. It was apparent that many of these “necessary” items were completely unwarranted for the car’s age and mileage—premature by approximately 25,000 miles. When I raised my concern with Charles, the service manager, he was unable to provide any explanation whatsoever. Additionally, the dealership “tested” my AC condenser without my request and informed me that it required replacement under an extended warranty issued by Honda for my vehicle’s year and model. Seeking a second opinion, I had the AC condenser inspected at another Honda dealership, which confirmed that the system was perfectly fine. This raises serious concerns about Bob Howard Honda’s practices, including potential warranty fraud. To date, Brett, the general manager, has not responded to the letter I sent detailing my complaints. I have since escalated the AC warranty issue by opening a case with American Honda Motor Company. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this dealership. More
