We were nervous about dealing with a dealer being we had a bad experience just a week before. We seen a SUV that we really liked and decided to go look at it. So with that Robert helped us and we drove it home! When I first arrived at the dealership, I had to go inside the building to ask for a service even though I had an appointment. When the advisor came he first tried to give me a price that was over the inside the building to ask for a service even though I had an appointment. When the advisor came he first tried to give me a price that was over the price I saw on the website and if I didn’t tell him I’d be paying more than what I was supposed to. He told me that the car would go on inspection but I received no report on that. He told me that the car would be done in 35-45 minutes but I waited for more than an hour. There were people that came after me but left before me. But other people working at the dealership were kind that’s why I didn’t want to give 1 star More
