Our sales person was out of line and shared his religious and political beliefs which was unsolicited. He did so after we made the deal or else we would have walked. Service tech frequently confused or forgetful about what was discussed leading to appointment. Never recognizes me even if we met in person a few days earlier, didn't know if I had an appointment, which was was discussed leading to appointment.
