Everyone was super nice. However after 2 hours of waiting the problem was not fixed. Our sales person was out of line and shared his religious and political beliefs which was unsolicited. He did so after we made the deal or else we would have walked. Service tech frequently confused or forgetful about what was discussed leading to appointment. Never recognizes me even if we met in person a few days earlier, didn't know if I had an appointment, which was was discussed leading to appointment. Never recognizes me even if we met in person a few days earlier, didn't know if I had an appointment, which was set with him 7 days earlier and confirmed by phone 4cays earlier, per his request. Seemed confused on pricing. Printout he gave me had no detail on parts, labor÷etc Lacking people skills, especially to work in customer service. More
