Excellent response to travel need flew to Rochester , claimed pickup from long term parking, planning to pick up boat on trailer and head to Florida. Had 1:15 pm appt. with Bob Johnson flew to Rochester , claimed pickup from long term parking, planning to pick up boat on trailer and head to Florida. Had 1:15 pm appt. with Bob Johnson, Leroy to replace rear light bulb. When leaving noticed brake and ABS warning lights on, returned to the service desk which was fully scheduled. Mark Tomasino shuffled commitments and diagnosed my problem (which would have caused brake failure while towing a large boat) GM parts could not arrive until next day so he located replacements from a local supplier,installed them and I got on the road, safely, in just a few hours. Their consideration and professional response to my fix saved a night in a motel and a 24 hour time delay which I couldn't afford Thanks to Mark and the Bob Johnson Team I was able to pick up my boat in Brewerton on time and head south. More

Brakes Service I expected to have all my brakes were in need of replacement due to pulsation on braking. The service advisor informed me that the rear brakes were t I expected to have all my brakes were in need of replacement due to pulsation on braking. The service advisor informed me that the rear brakes were the cause. They replaced the rear rotors and pads and that it would fix the pulsation problem. I drove it and the braking was smooth and I was satisfied. I ended up only paying for the 2 rear brake service and can put off replacing the fronts later this year. I also didn't have to wait very long and had a cup of coffee and a snack. More
