Pushy Serviceman I typically think this is a really nice place to get my service done. However, I noticed that many of the staff I really liked were not there anymore I typically think this is a really nice place to get my service done. However, I noticed that many of the staff I really liked were not there anymore. That left me with a pushy serviceman that apparently didn't think I knew what was done to my Caddy over the past 3 years. I explained to him that I had a new air filter within the last year or two as he was trying to sell me one. He said "that's not on my paper work". Ugh! He eventually found it in the paper work. Why couldn't he just take my word instead if telling me it wasn't in his paper work? Then, he tried to nail me for a coolant flush. I had my water pump changed in the past couple years too, so I didn't think that was necessary either, Wonder why he didn't see that in his paper work? I'm not sure who the serviceman was, but he was a newer employee. Not like it use to be! More
