I leased my 2015 Silverado from there and from the salesman to the service department I've always had great luc Bob Johnson LeRoy is a great facility. Unfortunately my 2nd lease I was talked into going to a different Bob Johnson location for my newest lease and I should of walked out without getting the 2018 Silverado I have now. From the deceit and lies from the salesman and from the lady in the financial department, their mess up in the payoff on my 2015 lease that cost me out of pocket a extra payment of $328 which they still haven't repaid me and because of the experience there I will never walk into that location again and will continue to tell everyone I know not to go to Bob Johnson in Greece. Hopefully LeRoy stays the way it is and doesn't become a location like Greece. More

Always in great hands with mechanic Mr Douglas Green . Mr. Green has always been the mechanic to care for my car ever since I switched to Bob Johnson. Usually very satisfied with service BUT I am usually very satisfied with service at Bob Johnson BUT this last time I discovered on the second day of having the loaner car that it had expired I am usually very satisfied with service at Bob Johnson BUT this last time I discovered on the second day of having the loaner car that it had expired insurance and registration cards in the glove compartment. I stopped driving it and had Bob Johnson deliver my vehicle and pick up the loaner. It was an inconvenience and luckily I did not have an accident (lots of deer on the roads I travel) and did not encounter a routine traffic stop.
