not the normal service When we had our Vue serviced you replaced the engine air filter. That was Tuesday. On Thursday I looked under the hood to check the windshield washe When we had our Vue serviced you replaced the engine air filter. That was Tuesday. On Thursday I looked under the hood to check the windshield washer fluid, my daughter was going back to school on Friday. I saw that the air filter housing was partially open – 2 of 4 screws were missing. When I called your service department they told me to bring it back over which wasn’t convenient . The young lady transferred me to Steve who said he would have the mechanic who worked on the vehicle look for the screws, he was at lunch. A few hours later Steve called and said the mechanic said the screws were missing when the car came in, I don’t know if that is true or not. I had never seen the housing partially open. I told Steve that my expectation would be for the mechanic to say something when he saw that and not ignore it. I fixed the housing myself, but I’m very disappointed in the service. More

Tire with a slow leak . Stopped in at Bob Johnson Chevrolet ,my sister came out to visit and a few days into her visit we found a slow leak in one of her front tires . We t . Stopped in at Bob Johnson Chevrolet ,my sister came out to visit and a few days into her visit we found a slow leak in one of her front tires . We took the car into the service department to see if they could look at the tire and fix it. They looked at it and showed us 3 small pinholes in the tire all close together. They told us they could fix the leaks, or replace the tire. We decided to replace the tire. Throughout the entire process we were kept informed at every step of the way. We were treated as though we were part of the family. More

Was told me needed complete brake job rotors all rusted and pads bad. By the way Bob Johnson only dealer to work on this suv. Was inspected back in Feb. no problems. Also told me that it was nothing I did. G.M. says wear and tear I believe parts are bad should last longer than 22,000 miles. I am a loyal GM customer but will never buy another GM product. More
