I like this dealership/service I live in Hilton but I drive to LeRoy for service on my 2010 Cadillac SRX. I bought it new in 2010 from Coral Cadillac in Pompano Beach, FL and brough I live in Hilton but I drive to LeRoy for service on my 2010 Cadillac SRX. I bought it new in 2010 from Coral Cadillac in Pompano Beach, FL and brought it to NY with me in 2015. It only has 87,000 miles on it and it's in like new condition. It took my a couple of trys to find a Cadillac Dealership that I could depend on and Bob Johnson LeRoy Motors is even better than I hoped for. Last time in for an oil change, Service Rep Matt Jackson told me I was going to need rear brakes next time around. When I went back I found that Matt was no longer there and a Gentleman named Mark Tomasino had taken his place, and Mr. Tomasino is a true professional. When I got there I told him about the brakes. Mark told me that they would do the NYS Inspection and oil change, and would take another look at the brakes. Mark came to the waiting room and told me that rear brakes were necessary and quoted me a price that was surprisingly less than I expected so I said to go ahead. They were done by 3:30 PM so my whole time there was shorter than I expected too. Job done right as well. I will continue to drive to Bob Johnson LeRoy Motors for all of my vehicle needs. More

Installation of Rust Evader I had an appointment this morning to have the Rust Evader system installed on my Buick. I had Mr. Ryan Russell as the Service Advisor and he was prof I had an appointment this morning to have the Rust Evader system installed on my Buick. I had Mr. Ryan Russell as the Service Advisor and he was professional and courteous. Using the principles of Customer Service he followed up on an issue and it was resolved. Although I did not meet the technician responsible for installing the system I did receive written information identifying him as Mr. Doug Green. I rate my service this morning as excellent. My appointment was at 0900 and I was promptly handled at that time and was able to wait in a most comfortable space while the work was being done. To date, I have been most impressed and satisfied with Bob Johnson's both in sales and service. Thanks More
