It's one thing to search for a new vehicle but they put the same effort in to finding a used one. I just purchased a second vehicle from them. A "used" Santa Fe. And yes, they once again put forth the effort to find what I wanted. The fact that I wanted an AWD vehicle made the search difficult but they were determined to find what I wanted. My sincere appreciation to Ralph Fugett, the General Manager for all of his efforts along with his very professional staff.. And speaking of staff, both of our purchases were handled by Guadalupe Hewitt. To anyone reading this review and considering working with Bob King Hyundai, take my advice and seek this young lady out. Aside from being very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about your satisfaction, she actually makes the whole process fun, enjoyable and exciting. Her upbeat attitude is contagious! My advice to Ralph the Gen. Mgr. is this: It is in your best interest to keep this young lady happy so she remains there. She is a true asset to your organization! And one more thing, I don't know the name of the person who detailed the car but let me say this...I was totally impressed! I first saw the car when they brought it down from NJ and it was filthy, to the point of I wasn't sure I even wanted it. The next time I saw it was after detailing and WOW! Top to bottom, inside and out, it looked beautiful. I arrived a bit concerned and left happy and excited with my purchase. Ralph...Find the person who detailed my car and give him a bonus. He earned it!! More
