Excellent I came in and they assessed the damage on my car quickly. They said they would call in a couple weeks when they had a loaner and they did. They completed the work in timely manner and let me know in advance when it would be done. I left my garage opener in the loaner and they made arrangements for me to get it on a Saturday. I could not have asked or gotten better service! More

Great Dealership - Ford issue out of their hands I have worked with Brian Waldo on several vehicle lease/purchases. He is top tier when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, the issue with I have worked with Brian Waldo on several vehicle lease/purchases. He is top tier when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, the issue with our 2016 Escape paint was "out of warranty" so Ford said nothing could be done! We purchased the vehicle new for my daughter and when I was touching up some paint at the three year mark I noticed that the paint was bubbling up on the door hem flanges and liftgate flange. Brian reported this to Ford, but was unable to obtain any resolution, other than it was out of warranty. The vehicle is well maintained and garage kept when not driven so this should not be occurring and this had obviously been going on prior to the date I found it (2-3 months after warranty expired). It is disappointing that Ford is hiding behind the fact that it is not a warranty issue. If those are the rules, I will accept that my relatively new vehicle is rusting under the paint in three spots. However to that end, I will not purchase another Ford vehicle due to the bad taste left in my mouth from how this was addressed. Brian Waldo is a great salesperson, unfortunately he is not responsible for how this situation was handled by Ford, but ultimately will bear the consequences from several less sales.
