My Review of Bob Mayberry Hyundai:
After doing an internet search for a Hyundai, I had an immediate reply from Paul Moore at Bob Mayberry Hyundai in Monroe, NC.
We arranged a test drive the following day. The entire staff was very friendly when I arrived at the dealership. Paul treated me like he had known me for years. He let me test drive many different models (I was initially quoted on the veloster) and let me take my time with each one. I chose the Elantra and the Sonata.

I explained to Paul that I was in a situation where I needed to trade my current vehicle and purchase two new ones. I had been to other dealers in the past, and was turned away. I was looking for nothing short of a miracle. Paul replied, "I'll see what I can do"

The very next afternoon, Paul called me to ask what color Elantra and Sonata I wanted so he could have them washed and fueled up. I was stunned ! I informed him that due to my work schedule, I wouldn't be able to be there until around 7:30pm (they closed at 8) Once I arrived, they were not in a hurry to leave. Enter Lourdes Tellez. Lourdes was in the finance office explaining everything in great detail. No tricks, no hidden costs. She was Fantastic!

Paul stayed after the deal was made to go over both cars in detail with me. This staff at Bob Mayberry truly showed dedication and GREAT customer service long after they were scheduled to close. I have never been treated better in any car buying experience.

I highly recommend Bob Mayberry Hyundai to anyone.

Paul and Lourdes, thank you, thank you, thank you. You are AWESOME !

My Review of Bob Mayberry Hyundai:
we had been to and talked to several Hyundai dealers in thc charlotte area looking for a 2012 Azera. Paul Moore was cordial and professional.we looked at two different vehicles and he allowed us the time to talk about our decision and was not pushy to make a quick deal. we knew about what we wanted and he worked with the sales manager to secure the best deal we could get. the other personnel at Bob Mayberry were also friendly while we were at the dealership. i realize this is their job but the atmosphere was not like a put on but genuine.

We were referred to Bob Mayberry Hyundai by two friends who recently purchased vehicles there. Although the salesperson we were referred to wasn’t available, Chuck Richmond, a respectful and knowledgeable salesman stepped up to help us. He wasn’t a high pressure salesman. In fact, he gave my husband and me time to discuss our options among ourselves before making a decision. Chuck is a great salesman and treats you with respect. I personally would refer him to anyone buying a car from Bob Mayberry Hyundai.

My sales associate Mike Miller was not pushy & did not try to 'oversell' me & was very friendly.My sister drove up here from Elizabethtown,Nc & also bought a car from Mike.
She looked at a Hyundau in Wilmington,NC & had a bad experience from a salespersn there.Laurdee was very friendly & competant & fast!

My Review of Bob Mayberry Hyundai:
My overall experience with Paul can be summed up by saying it was absolutely the best I have ever had when purchasing a car bar none. He was very friendly and a joy to do business with, I will Recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car. I first inquired over the Internet which he responded to immediately and started our negotiations. He was very willing to work with me and in a matter of hours we had finalized the deal. It was even more pleasing meeting him in person he answered all my questions and wanted to make sure that anything I needed I knew he was there for me. I work in sales myself and Paul is the epitome of how a salesman should approach his work and his clients. -absolutely amazing. I thank him for his effort.

Great buying experience. Chase was the best. We never felt pressured - he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. My son had a great feeling about the car when we walked in there as he did much research before we went. It was only confirmed when we met Chase. He was not a high pressure salesman and just let us make our own decision. We were treated with respect.

Everyone at the dealer ship was very friendly, helpful and honest. I did not feel pressured at all. Our sales person did a great job with customer service and has made several follow-up calls since the purchase just to make sure I was happy with my purchase and wanted to know if I had any questions about my vehicle. I receive return calls very timely and feel I can call the dealership at any time and will be treated the same way. The finance person Lourdes Tekis was most helpful and courteous in getting us through the paperwork. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new car!
