How she treated us (excellently BTW) was in large measure the reason we decided to cancel our test drive of 2 Hyundai autos at CarMax and purchase new at Bob Rohrman’s Hyundai in Lafayette. My wife and I very much appreciate her and how she honored our request for the best price on the car we wanted with minimal haggling. When we walked away with our new car I was happy to know that we were $500 under the target price I had in mind. Aimee’s manager (I think Fabian was his name) granted that final price drop and the deal was done with little wasted time. After the sale Aimee made sure we were aware of the plethora of safety and convenience features of the Sonata and now, having driven it a couple hundred of miles with by beautiful wife by my side... well, we love it. I showed up at this dealer without calling, and with no appointment. I had never been there before. They treated me as a valued customer and immediately assessed the vehicle and patiently explained the wor appointment. I had never been there before. None of this work was anything I had anticipated as issues but was all very important as the car was nearing 100,000 miles. Then they actually worked on the vehicle that day, also giving me a loaner vehicle to get some errands done while I waited. Near the end of my visit, we were able to identify the cause of the original Reason for my visit, and they ordered the part and were able to install it just a few days later. I have never owned a Hyundai but we had purchased this vehicle from a friend for our daughter and we do like the vehicle. Now I believe we will be able to keep this vehicle for much longer, and as my daughter drives it we don’t have to worry about her safety. Thank you for taking care of all of my Vehicles issues so quickly and for treating me in such a manner that will ensure I bring this vehicle to you for any future needs it has. You have definitely made a new customer! More
Nick Zink in the sales department was very nice and helpful. That is where the positives of my experience end. The whole process was backwards; I was signing a purchase agreement before I even knew if helpful. That is where the positives of my experience end. The whole process was backwards; I was signing a purchase agreement before I even knew if they could secure me a loan or what the payments for the car would be (no other dealership I have ever been to worked like this. All the others ran my credit and gave me potential loan terms before I made any kind of decision on a car I test drove.) Luckily, I knew I could afford the car pretty much no matter what due to the sticker price. And then... they missed their contracted deadline to supply the title in my name to the BMV so I could purchase the registration and plate. They gave themselves one month plus a ten day grace period and it still didn't happen. The dealership plate expired and I was left unable to drive my newly purchased car for several days, relying on a coworker to get to work or working from home and family members to pick me up to go to their house or the store. Extremely disappointed in this dealership. But yeah, Nick seemed like a good guy. More

Went in for a service issue on our vehicle and terribly disappointed with the service. The issue was addressed only to have the person in service state that " hybrid Tahoe's are notorious for this if you disappointed with the service. Found an issue on the vehicle that they say is "critical". When we purchased the vehicle we paid cash and purchased the extended premium warranty for 2400.00 as well. When we asked about the warranty coverage we were informed this is maintenance.... OK. Made a phone call to Fabian to get some answers to our questions about this and he said he would call back and let us know what we could do. Well, still waiting on that phone call, supposed to call back in about 30 minutes and it's way past that. I am not going to chase someone to get customer service. I personally think that this dealership really doesn't care as they don't have any skin in the game to give good service. So the next step was to move up the ladder for some help on this issue and again a message was left and you guessed it, no return phone call. There is a break down of communication between the service department and management and no one communicates with anyone else and therefore your issues will never be resolved because at the end of the day, there isn't anything in it for them... Won't be going back to this dealership and won't ever buy from them again.. More
