The staff is friendly and inviting. As soon as I walked in someone welcomed me, and found me a seat. Najelly and Gianna both assisted in helping me, neither are pushy or snark. Update: 2nd day after buying vehicle and driving cross-country, it had a horrible vibration. Something at highway speeds you couldn't tell on there sub 30mph test drive.
