The worst service department ever never fixed the problem just made it worse dont go. They replaced a windshield they done more damage to the car onowont fix it .they worked on the entertainment cent problem just made it worse dont go. Took it in to get level 3 charging fixed never even looked at said they wasn't qualified to even ever look at it. Never got updates from Patrick when I would text him, never got a response from Patrick when I emailed him, and then he called me to say they are refusing to work on my truck due to me being aggressive. Now for the good part...the aggressive is due to me leaving a honest review of my experience on a post service survey that his dealership sent me. Bottom line he is upset that I left him a negative review based on his customer service and lack of fixing the car. If you have Patrick as your advisor, I wish you good luck. More
Went in with a pre approval got asked while being on a test drive how I was looking to purchase the car I ignored the question went inside with the car salesman negotiated the price of the vehicle after I test drive how I was looking to purchase the car I ignored the question went inside with the car salesman negotiated the price of the vehicle after I stated I would finance with my local credit union they continue to try n pressure me into financing with them so they can hit a bonus with GM Finance I refused after I refused they got me sign a credit application they stated would only be used for conforming my identity later to find out they ran my credit through Mission federal credit union not telling me so now I’m going to head in tomorrow to talk this out and see why they conduct business in such a unprofessional way next time work harder to hit your bonus don’t use people credit when your not authorized. So I bought a 2021 Chevy Tahoe as my daughters were furthering their endeavors into sports. I loved the buying experience and the car, however at 68k miles my car started to misfire. Before reading the reviews about the buying experience and the service division i dropped the car off at the dealership. Mrs. Mary was nice, however it’s been several days and I have no idea what’s going on with my car. I’m still in shock my new car is having engine problems so I’ve been researching online only to learn GM has been having problems with the lifters on that particular engine. I spent a significant amount of money on a vehicle I was hoping would be Chevy tough, only to limp in the dealership with engine problems at 68k miles. Seems like a lot of class action lawsuits going on. Im just sick to my stomach awaiting a diagnosis for the car. I have two stars for the buying experience, with a new car being off the road and no results or updates from the service department I fear I may have went to the wrong dealership for the type of customer service I expect from a luxury SUV experience. SMH I will update ob my YouTube and socials once it’s all said and done. More
