My appointment was made over 2 weeks in advance and their calendar was clear when I made the appointment per their scheduler. The service department folks gave the impression they don't care and were happy to cancel. Many issues are not within a service department's control, but scheduling IS within a service department's control. Not being prepared and overbooking is a real issue for customers and give the impression that your time and loyalty don't matter. More

Any punk hanging around could’ve stolen the Vette in a split second. Hey Bob Steele… How about telling your employees not to fiddle with the controls/settings on my car? It’s MY car, not theirs.
