Place was nice and very friendly. When it came to the terms on bargaining on the price for the vehicle at hand, they are set on their price. Which for good reason. And like all dealerships, they want you to initial beside the sought after monthly payment yet they in the process will not initial beside their own negotiationable price. Second they were quick to remind of their 5 star rating. Really, I think anyone who looks them up knows of their rating and like myself (because this is our 3rd family purchase from this very dealership, contributed to that. But dont throw that at me during negotiations. That was just very irritating and not professional.) And let me make this clear, I wasn't trying to drop the asking price but by 3k. So it's not like I was trying to make a steal. I just didn't have the funds like the last two purchases to put down. I also understand and take it to heart that this is a person's job and a means by which they make a living with. So I dont want to have to go in and ask that they lower the price. I wouldn't want someone to come into my job and do that. Plus this place namely does a great job with their vehicles at in keeping them at a competitive price! I KBB any vehicle to to get a basic knowledge on pricing. We did still purchase the vehicle, but not near what they said they would get us to on payments. Being our third family purchase I was expecting more. However as I expressed to them then and in that moment with both the dealer and finance mgmt., we will still come back here to Bobs Toms Ford. My husband just thinks its the best place and I trust his opinion. As the wife, I say atleast try to help the other end of the purchasers meaning if you as the finance mgmt. write down the price saying what if we can get somewhere between these for a monthly payment, do what you ask the customer to do, initial beside it too.
