I was very disappointed that i made an appointment to drop my vehicle off and when I dropped it off the man immediately told me that he wouldn't even be able to look at it for a week but that I had to le drop my vehicle off and when I dropped it off the man immediately told me that he wouldn't even be able to look at it for a week but that I had to leave it there and couldn't bring it back the next Monday when he would actually be able to look at it. I don't understand the need to leave my vehicle there when it wasn't even being looked at. After being there for a full week they finally looked at it and from that point on the service was fine but I really could have used my vehicle for the 6 days I was forced to wait while it simply sat there in their parking lot. I asked the guy why I couldn't just take it with me and bring it back on the Monday they could actually look at it and he said that in order to reserve my place in line I had to leave my car there. That makes absolutely no sense to me. More
