I've got a 2021 F250 Diesel that had a small oil leak from the factory. I got online and set up an appointment. I show up and guess what, they don't have the appointment in their system. No big deal, t from the factory. I got online and set up an appointment. I show up and guess what, they don't have the appointment in their system. No big deal, they sign me in and they take the truck. No loaners available. II get no update so I have to call them 4 days later to get an update, They said it was a seal at the Turbo. Interesting since the leak was up front. I'm not convinced they even looked at it. They had it for two weeks. I get it back, same problem. I take it back a few weeks later to get the same problem fixed and they still have it. This is the end of the third week this time around. When you call up there your lucky to get someone on the phone. You generally have to leave a message. Your even luckier if they call you back. So here I am making payment's on the truck that I don't even have for almost two months. What has happened to customer service? In fairness, I got a call from the service representative two days ago and he admitted they dropped the ball. Said he would get it taken care of. Hopefully they do but I have my doubt's. Regardless, I am without a truck, no loaner and no hope in the future for a resolution. DON'T TAKE YOUT VEHICLE TO THEM FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! More
Very disappointed with this dealership this is the second time i ve made an appoinenr to get my oil changed and when i show up they tell me its gonns be a 3 hour wait. Scheduled an appointment for a recall two days ago, and the dealer confirmed parts were in stock. Today was the earliest available appointment. Arrived at 7:00AM this morning to leave the car for repair the dealer confirmed parts were in stock. Today was the earliest available appointment. Arrived at 7:00AM this morning to leave the car for repair and was informed they no longer had the parts, and we should "try again" after Thanksgiving! When they take the appointments, they should hold the parts required. And then to suggest that the same fiasco may happen each time we try to get the recall addressed is inexcusable. Based on my apparently unrealistic expectation that confirmation they had the part, and a scheduled appointment, meant I could anticipate the repair would be performed. I spent 4 hours driving to retrieve the car from my daughter who is away at school only to be informed they no longer had the part. If they could at least have called last night, it would have saved much of the inconvenience. More

Was having issues with a recall on my Raptor, had it addressed by the service manager. He was very attentive and helpful. Addressed all the issues and went beyond to see that all components were in work addressed by the service manager. He was very attentive and helpful. Andy was outstanding along with George (picked me up to take me there). I used to drive to Rockwall for service. But last two visits there were over the top. I highly recommend you guys. Terrible , worst experience ever. Never ever will I buy anything from Bob Tomes or Ford ever again. Bob Tomes himself doesn’t have any pull or say so with Ford Customer Service . I got that info directly from the service manager. It’s Fords Customer Service that really made my mind up to NEVER buy another Ford product. Bob Tomes service and Daniel Suarez are the reason I’ll never buy anything from a Tomes dealership ever again….. Sorry Brandon. My advice….. stay away. They dropped the ball repeatedly, Daniel Suarez had no clue how to return a phone call and the service dept can’t repair your truck even when you give 7-8 attempts to do and you still can’t drive more than 5 miles down the road without immediately turning around and taking it back. I’m sure they call and ask me to take this review down because it “ hurts them financially “ Cody , Chase and Daniel know who I am…. We’ll not Daniel - he doesn’t return phone calls, he’s a xxxxx! This is my first time coming into the dealer for service. I was ready for the fact that it's more sales pitch than service. When I said that I didn't buy the care from them, they didn't really seem to care I was ready for the fact that it's more sales pitch than service. When I said that I didn't buy the care from them, they didn't really seem to care that I was there. They told me the price of an oil change was one thing, but then right on the screen was the regular oil change for half the price. I know they upsell, but it that felt dishonest above that. Now I'm still sitting here, after close to 2 hours, waiting for an oil change and the sales person/service person comes to me and says they are backed up and it will be longer. If it gets better, I'll update my post, but I'm not expecting much. Go to a good honest repair shop, the idea that a dealer is better is just silly. More
