We’ll if Danny would of showed up to the meeting I requested after my 5th return to the the service dept for the same issue, he would know who the xxxx I am. The meeting was suppose to be with Chase, Cody, Hunter, Danny and Bob Tomes himself. After all he goes on TV and brags about the “ Tomes Promise”. What a joke !!! But anyway….. my name is Earl Starnes. Ask Cody or Chase for my number, they both called me asking to take the reviews down my wife left.

Well its done now, it didn't get worse except it took much longer, and they didn't even do the inspection as requested. But it got done. They did give me stuff I 'had' to sign that basically said I was happy with them and even one that said they weren't liable if they caused damage to the car. You don't have to sign all that stuff

I case you wondered if the dealer reads these reviews, they do. I got a call quickly after posting this. He tried to convince me that it was of off day(it was clearly their normal way of doing business, it was on paper after all) It sounds like they really wanted to find a way to get me to take the review down. I don't need any resolution, this is a review for other people. My business with them is finished, it could have been worse, but it wasn't good.
