Unfortunately, I gave approval for the work to be done. A few days later, my horn was malfunctioning. I took it back to the dealership. The situation was explained to Victor, and he had vehicle taken to the back. He returned shortly, saying it was a minor problem that was resolved, and no charge..My confidence in Toyota was restored with kind gesture. So when it was time to schedule my next maintenance appointment, I asked for Victor on August 12, 2025. Everything went extremely well. Job was done in timely manner and cost efficient. Nina gave Exceptional service on 07/31 . I was informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle in a timely manner. However, she was out of the office on the next day 08/01. I reache I was informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle in a timely manner. However, she was out of the office on the next day 08/01. I reached out to Toyota around 1230 noon after not hearing any updates on my vehicle. I spoke with a lady over the phone who had no information to give me and was trying to transfer me to Nina. I informed her that she was out for the day and that my car would be handed over to a new service provider at 1 o’clock. I called back after not hearing from anyone and I got Alexandra on the phone this time he informed me that my car was being service and he was not aware of anyone reaching out to me. He was not aware of anyone giving me any update’s on the vehicle. At this time I asked to speak with the service manager. Alexandra informed me that he did not know how to work the phone and that I will have to call back. At 3 o’clock, I received a call from Toyota informing me that my car was ready for pick up and that the services had been completed. There was a loss of communication between Toyota and myself. I felt neglected and unsafe not knowing what was going on. More
