From the beginning with the receptionist my visit was Excellent. I went to another dealer a few days before going to Toyota and I'm still waiting on a Purchase Agreement from them and with the help of My Excellent. Myron was so nice and helpful I couldnt do much talking. I smiled all day. Bobby came out and met us and gave he the inpression that he cared and was interested in what was going on. He checked on us through out the time that we were there. Myron said I was going home in my car and he made sure it happen. The service was beyond my beliefs. I've never received such exceptional service from anyone. Myron was like my angel. I knew what I wanted and it was almost as if he read my mind and made it happen for me. My fiance' was over joyed with the service. He was really impressed that Myron and Bobby was straight to the point nothing hidden. As my fiance' puts it THATS WHAT YOU CALL REAL SALESMEN. I was very satisfied with the my overall experience and I would reccommend them all day everyday. We were so touch by them that we sending them an invitation to our wedding. Purchased a vehicle over 2.5 months ago and still have not received my permanent tags/registration. It took speaking to 4 people and two weeks’ worth of calling to get a new temp tag which I received a w not received my permanent tags/registration. It took speaking to 4 people and two weeks’ worth of calling to get a new temp tag which I received a week after the original expired. Their staff simply seems incompetent. Every time I call, it seems the process starts over and I still have no idea when I'll be receiving my tag/registration. The only reason I went to them was price and when all was said and done all they did was make up whatever they discounted the vehicle by undervaluing my trades. The final difference came to the exact # as one quote and a few hundred more than another quote I received. They simply had the color we wanted. We should have left when we showed up having confirmed that the vehicle we were purchasing was ready with our on-line sales person and in fact nothing had been done and they had to scramble to find a vehicle at another dealership that was ready. More
I saw a car on the website of the dealership. I sent a message thru the website to be contacted. I received an email when I got to work about the car. I called the toll free phone number to find out if th message thru the website to be contacted. I received an email when I got to work about the car. I called the toll free phone number to find out if the car was still available. I was given a confirmation number to give to a salesperson when I get to the dealership. I received a call from DAVID MORGAN at the dealership. He wanted me to know they were unable to locate the car that I requested to see. I was very grateful to receive the call because I was traveling a good distance to see the car. Mr. Morgan asked me to wait a few minutes before heading to the dealership, so that he can find another car or other cars to see. I received the call back from Mr. Morgan, but I had already left to head towards the dealership. I told Mr. Morgan I found another car in another division of Bohn dealership and he told me he would still be able to assist me. I arrive at the dealership were Mr. Morgan was and he was very helpful in trying to locate both cars. We later found out the car I went to see was being used by another customer that had the car for a few days. Mr. Morgan and others at the dealership located the customer to find out if they were going to purchase the car and if not to bring the car in. I had to wait for several minutes, but I knew the car was perfect for my college student daughter. I inspected the car and it was what I wanted, so I purchased the car. Mr. Morgan was GREAT thru the whole process of getting this car for my daughter. He was very ATTENTIVE and greatly AWARE of my time thru the whole process. I hope all salespersons are GREATLY aware of the customer's time when selling cars. I will be telling/referring others about my experience at Bohn dealership. More
