Stay away from Bomnin Chevrolet Buick GMC Nanuet if you expect honesty and transparency. I recently attempted to lease a vehicle here and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a ca expect honesty and transparency. I recently attempted to lease a vehicle here and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a car dealer. I reside more than two hours away from the dealership, so I made it clear that I needed a legitimate one-time lease agreement upfront in order to review the terms before making the trip or finalizing any deal. Instead of providing a proper contract, the sales manager Pascal Tripodi kept giving me verbal assurances and excuses. At one point, he even provided me with a deal sheet that listed around $4,500 due at signing along with monthly payments — which makes absolutely no sense. Calling that a one-time lease is misleading and insulting to any serious customer’s intelligence. After days of back-and-forth, Pascal Tripodi told me they “cannot pre-print a contract,” which is simply unacceptable. If a dealership cannot provide a transparent, written lease agreement, then what are they trying to hide? This lack of transparency leaves a very bad taste. It has been a complete waste of my time dealing with this nonsense. I will now be escalating my concerns to GM corporate for clarification as to why Bomnin Chevrolet Buick GMC Nanuet can't provide something as basic and standard as a one-time lease agreement. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. If they cannot be upfront and professional during the sales process, I can't imagine what future service or support would look like.
