Horrible Experance, would not recomend taking your vehicle here for repair. I took my F150 Truck in for repairs work with Jeremy at the service counter. They diagnosed and repired my truck I paid the invoice drove out off the lot and the very next day the truck had the same issues, I called left 3 messages befor Jeremy would call back. Told him what happened brought my truck back in they re diagnosaed it told me more work had to be done I agreed . Told me it was completed paid the bill, (almost $3000.00) between the two invoices. Picked up my truck, when I started the truck I noticed the remote starter didnt work, I went back into the service deptment talked with Jeremy, he promised to look o the used poart they had installed and would call me back when they could swap out the unit, no call back for a week, I have nw left 4 meaasges with no return call. I called in to talk with the service manager and Asley called back, very nice but had no athority to resolve the problem, told me she would have Kurt call me, no call. I had the truck for less then a week and the truck did the same thing and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called and called Borgman Left a number of meassages no return call. I finally took the truck to Fox Ford and they are working on it. It looks like Bourgman mis diagnosed the issue. I have called in to discuss the issue and see what can be done with the $3000 I spent on repairs and no response. Horrible comunication. Horrible expearance. More

Wouldn’t recommend buying a used vehicle from Borgman. I bought a 2018 F150 in May, within a few days and 300 miles from leaving the dealership a check engine light came on for code PO269 for #3 injector I bought a 2018 F150 in May, within a few days and 300 miles from leaving the dealership a check engine light came on for code PO269 for #3 injector, it’s failing. Also a shutter in the transmission that didn’t start until a few days after taking it home. Because I paid 24k for the truck and it’s been running mostly fine I’ve been driving the truck with the dash light, trying to put off an expensive shop bill for the time being. The truck was taken out of state this past weekend for the first time and left us stranded 7 and a half hours away with a damaged transmission. A cooling line to the transmission broke and because the check engine light was on(because of the way they sold it to me) I had no idea until the transmission gave out. Now I’m stuck with a truck I was charged top dollar for that doesn’t move and needs 8k for a new transmission and 1-2k in engine work relating to at least one failing injector. This vehicle will have more money put into it within 3 months of owning than vehicles I’ve owned for 5+ years. I was under the impression a larger dealer such as Borgman could be trusted, I was dead wrong. More
