Shortly after purchase, I contacted the person I worked with, Darek Dolecki, about getting a refund for it. He said he would cancel it immediately and I would get my refund. I have not heard back since - I sent in the paperwork in March. I have sent numerous emails, made several phone calls, and have heard nothing. After 5 months, I FINALLY now get a hold of someone in finance. I asked them for an update on my refund. I was informed no one submitted a cancellation. I literally feel like I'm getting scammed by a 'legitimate' dealership. I will never recommend anyone purchase from Boucher. If you choose to, just please refuse to let Darek take care of your finances. More

The Best Customer Service I Ever Received From Any Company I am writing this review for the service department of Boucher Chevrolet and the absolute outstanding customer service and care that I received. I pul I am writing this review for the service department of Boucher Chevrolet and the absolute outstanding customer service and care that I received. I pulled in my car for a check engine light diagnosis and the hopes of getting the claim covered under warranty as it is certified pre-owned and I figured I will be paying $0 and have the car fixed up and ready to go. Joseph Hills was my advisor and let me know that if the issue is under warranty that he will give me a loaner for free and I can get it same day. Within a few hours I got a call letting me know that the issue was some chewed wires and that its not under warranty and what my bill would be. I was more in shock as I expected to pay nothing and I baby that car and drive it multiple times a day and for that to occur was beyond me. He let me know that even though it isn't under warranty they felt bad and wanted to help and offer a loaner for free. I happily took this and picked up the loaner of my choice while they wait for the part to be shipped in. The part came super fast and they gave me a call letting me know the damage they found and the extent that the repair would be and advised me to go through my insurance under a comprehensive claim for animal/rodent damage because they found even more wiring that was chewed and clearly result of some animal. He even took pictures before to show me the damage and to help with the insurance claim if needed and he worked directly with them on my behalf to make this process as easy as possible. I Called my insurance and filed a claim, they said okay and said they will send an adjuster out to see the repair, told my advisor and he got them to expedite their service to have the adjuster come out within 24 hours, they looked at it and got the info they needed and will more than likely cover it. Instead of me paying out of pocket my service advisor decided to have my insurance pay them directly to save me from paying out of pocket, huge relief. Insurance said itll take a few days to review and my advisor knew I wanted my car back so he got with his Service Director Matt Warpinski and allowed an exception for me to pay my deductible to them and they will release the car and wait to get paid from insurance. I was blown away at this and I picked up the car within an hour of that call and paid what they said I would have to. They took special care of the car and kept it inside during these negative 50 degree days and went the extra mile to make sure the repair was done right and tested and everything was back to normal. Even down to my do not wash request from the first interaction, he remembered and this was followed perfectly on their end. I have never in my life experienced such customer care, in any industry not just automotive, and they seriously earned my business for life. I am truly blown away by the team over there and the leaps and bounds they went through to take care of me and the respect of my money, time, and vehicles needs to treat the car as if it were worth a million dollars (which to me it is and I appreciated that). During the entire process I was updated at their finding and the description of problems and very transparent with the pricing and what to expect with the repair, the estimate of receiving my car back within a week was spot and I couldn't be happier. Truly blown away and recommend them to anyone, they will take care of you and go the extra mile, thank you again Joseph Hills and Matt Warpinski of the Service team and the technician that took care of my care, outstanding work and thank you again. I have worked with Jim on previous cars that I have purchased over the years, and he has been very accommodating as far as any question or concerns that I might have. Scammed Bought 2014 Equinox w/ 3400 mi on it in 2014. Within a 1 1/2 yrs I was informed I needed new rotors. Fell for it and had them replaced. Now here I am Bought 2014 Equinox w/ 3400 mi on it in 2014. Within a 1 1/2 yrs I was informed I needed new rotors. Fell for it and had them replaced. Now here I am again needing new rotors because they made grooves on the ones they installed. Boucher will do services not needed. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

As an employee of an automotive manufacturer, I work with dealerships on a daily basis, and have exposure to both ends of the spectrum of dealer performance and customer satisfaction. Boucher is firmly in the "Exceptional" end of the scale. I began my search for a second car in the same manner I always shop for vehicles: online, via dealer website inquiries and email contact ... no phone calls. It's not for everyone, but it works for me. Jo Ann earned the sale because out of 8 dealerships she was the only sales professional who responded quickly, respected my wish to conduct the transaction via email, and was helpful and efficient. Though the vehicle I purchased was my second choice, the experience led me to leave a deposit on an out-of-state deal within 1.5 hours of our initial communication. How automotive retailers can ignore the internet sales channel in 2018 is beyond me. Good work, Jo Ann! The delivery process was straight forward, and every touch point was pleasant from speaking with Used Car Manager, Jim Paolo, and working with Darek in Finance. I'm glad I took the chance and drove to WI to purchase from Boucher. This is what car buying should be. Keep up the good work, and thanks for your help with my "summer" car. More
Broken promises I am only giving them a 1 star review because my Saleslady Joanne was great and very patient. As a matter of fact I have had great experiences with numerous people at Boucher. Here is the story. I bought a truck last week a Chevy Avalanche with 195,000 miles. I test drove it and it had an issue in the front end, it had 4 bad O2 sensors, a bad wiper and an airbag sensor issue. After telling him I didn't want to spend the money to fix it as it put it out of my budget. as a matter of fact I turned down buying it but then Dale promised he would repair all of these items so I mistakenly in good faith gave them a down payment and signed the paperwork for the financing. Over the last week they took care of the front end, they replaced the O2 sensors supposedly twice and they also sent the truck out to have the catalytic converter replaced. So after them working on it for a week I finally get to pick it up today. I drive it home from Waukesha to Oconomowoc and the check engine light comes on again. I take it to the parts store to have it scanned and low and behold it is the O2 sensors which I believe is also causing the heat to not work. ALL 4 OF THEM! OH by the way the Wiper is still broken too. I call the sales manager Jim and tell him of the O2 issue and said I just want to return the truck cause obviously they can't fix it and something is stopping me from getting this thing. He tells me that I can't return the truck and he will talk to Dale about getting me into a different truck. SO let me get this straight, I live up to my end of the bargain and you don't live up to yours but yet I get screwed. IF I wanted higher payments then I would have just bought a different truck to begin with. I have been loyal to Boucher and told all my friends about how good they were to my family as I bought another car there a few years ago with no issues and fantastic service. NEVER AGAIN! I am sure I am now screwed out of money that I don't have to waste. I didn't expect perfection as I was buying a high mileage used truck but I did expect for them to fix what they promised. Update: They did call yesterday and offered my down payment back and to return the truck. While this solution is ok it doesn’t change the fact that they promised and didn’t deliver on there promise and I wasted over a week of stress and energy because they don’t keep there promises! More

Backing out of deal I was offer a deal, but to my suprice the next day no deal for me. They took the incentive from GM off the deal.
