I had a recall on my vehicle and got my appointment a month in advance yet the parts were still not there and the service manager was very disrespectful and kept my car for two days then tells me after I month in advance yet the parts were still not there and the service manager was very disrespectful and kept my car for two days then tells me after I show up to pick up the car I needed my car back. He said he would have to order the parts and it would take 2 to 4 days. So I took my car back and the parts didn’t come in for at least another month. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I had to take time off work for two days to take my kid to Madison and pick her up from Work in my Dodge truck which cost me about $100 in gas for no reason because the dealership couldn’t get there xxxx together and have the parts there ready and waiting to go to be put on and re-reset the computer, which is an hour job total. I decided I’m gonna go take it to another dealership. Service manager is very rude and unprofessional. He was supposed to text me or call me that afternoon when I dropped it off and I never got a text or a call but yet when I showed up to get the car, he had an attitude. More

I brought in a 2015 Sonata with a check engine light. Staff was helpful in fully investigating the issue, which was eventually determined to be an issue with the sensor, not the engine itself. Always have taken our car here & work & staff have been GREAT! especially Lexie, she’s gone above & beyond! Car engine had to be replaced (under warranty). I was out of town & she handled everything. Kept me informed every step of the way; anticipated my questions & had answers on the spot. She knows her stuff! Speaks to the caliber of person she is & who you hire.
