Happy We had a Sonata but I was interested in the Tucson. Fawn had us take different vehicles out with various options to help us decide, she even had one w We had a Sonata but I was interested in the Tucson. Fawn had us take different vehicles out with various options to help us decide, she even had one warmed up and ready to go when we first walked in! We were still undecided so she suggested we take the one we were most interested in for a longer drive/time. We took the Tucson and during that time it snowed. I really liked the all wheel drive...I wanted the Tucson...decision made! The rest of the transaction went very smooth. Fawn was great to work with. She was busy with other customers but made sure she gave us the time we needed. I really wanted a different color but it was too difficult to make it happen...that’s the only reason I didn’t give five stars. Fawn did the best she could and found my second color option (we were shopping end of the year so color selections were not all in one location). During the process Fawn stayed in touch without being a bother. She worked around our schedule and responded quickly with any questions we had. It’s been close to a month with the Tucson and my husband and I are very happy with the choice...we hope to see Fawn again when it’s time for a new vehicle. Thanks, Kim More

Over a year and a half ago I go I was car hunting for new vehic I had the pleasure of dealing with Fawn Delaney at Boucher Hyundai in Waukesha, WI. Over a year and a half ago I go I was car hunting for new vehicles to purchase/lease. Fawn was extremely helpful and pressure free. She broke out pricing clearly for me between leasing and purchasing and what would be the best option for me. She also let me test drive a vehicle for a week to determine if I would want to purchase it or not. At the time I decided to wait instead of purchasing a new vehicle. Fawn had no problems with this and was glad to help me out. A month ago, I was finally in the market to make a new vehicle purchase. Fawn was upfront about pricing and what she could do to get me the lowest price possible. She did not try to hide anything, like most sales people will do. She was honest and let me know what she knew and didn't when it came to the specific vehicle I wanted. She was willing to work extra hours (outside of her normal schedule) as well as bring in numerous vehicles for me to compare.
