My palisade needed a new transmission and is only 5 years old. Everything (except deductible and tax) was covered under warranty. I had the vehicle towed there and was happy with the experience. Then is t old. Everything (except deductible and tax) was covered under warranty. I had the vehicle towed there and was happy with the experience. Then is took 5 weeks for the parts to arrive (understand that's not within the dealers control, still frustrating) but then it took another week for the work to be completed! Alex was professional and courteous throughout. On my way home, the engine overheated 3 times in less than 10 minutes! Had to have it towed back to the dealer again only to find someone neglected to bleed the coolant system properly and left air pockets. Had to go back AGAIN to pick up the next day. All the while I was asking for a courtesy vehicle and one did not become available until 3 business days prior to pick up. I was also only informed about rental reimbursement the week before pick up. Super frustrating process! More

Car was in for factory recall. Since the fix the car has been back in 3 times with in 2 weeks. Got the car back and day later check engine light came on. Went in for a recall, an upgrade, 4 new tires and wheel alignment. We were checked in by a different associate because Thomas was not in yet. After checking in it took about 1 1/2 hours for Thomas to come alignment. We were checked in by a different associate because Thomas was not in yet. After checking in it took about 1 1/2 hours for Thomas to come talk to us to tell us you could not perform the recall and we have to come back. The appt was for the recall. We were then told about 2 hours later that only 3 tires came in when 4 were ordered. It took that long to let us know? Different tires had to get picked up from somewhere that was going to add time and cost more money. Not happy. After waiting at the dealership for 5 hours due to no rentals for us to use we had to pay more money because of the tires, had to make another appt for the recall. The update went smooth. This is the first time we had an unpleasant experience in being a customer for 10 years. We will work with Dan only moving forward. More
