They are all so amazing! I took my vehicle in for a recall and I was lucky enough that they noticed my inspection was up. Austin called me right away and I was able to get it I took my vehicle in for a recall and I was lucky enough that they noticed my inspection was up. Austin called me right away and I was able to get it done same day! The parking there isnt great, Austin will always make sure to park my car right up front so I dont even have to back out or he will go and get my car for me. It seems like such a small thing but its not! It really shows he cares and is willing to go above and beyond for his job! I think that should be recognized!!! More

My car was taken in for oil change, inspection and emissions test. I had to remind the person at desk that I should not be charged for emissions as I was under 5000 miles for the year and car was insp emissions test. I had to remind the person at desk that I should not be charged for emissions as I was under 5000 miles for the year and car was inspected 1 year & 2 weeks after last inspection. This was easy oversight, everything else was fine. More
I was not impressed with Alexander, my service rep. Also part was not available on day of service although they knew what car was being brought in for.. resulted in car being kept an extra day.
