The buying process was very good. All features of the new car were explained. I feel confident with my decision on the new car. All features of the new car were explained. I feel confident with my decision on the new car. More

Helped with the problem with my car immediately. When they had changed the oil 3 days earlier the cap was not tightened and the engine oil light came on. Fixed the issue first thing in the morning. I was told i would get an appraisal on my current car for a possible trade in. They never even looked at the car and lowballed me on the value big time by someone in an office they couldn't even see it from a possible trade in. They never even looked at the car and lowballed me on the value big time by someone in an office they couldn't even see it from the parking lot. They have lost a loyal customer!!! I even got an offer from their own website. Dealership is a joke and has really gone down hill! More
I purchased my Hyundai there in 2015. They have done all the service, inspections, even tires since I have owned the car. When the car broke down and needed an engine replace with 30k miles I went back. Af the service, inspections, even tires since I have owned the car. When the car broke down and needed an engine replace with 30k miles I went back. After Bowser had the car for three months I got the car back. I am now getting about 12 mpg use to get 20 to25mpg. There is a strange noise coming from the front end and I have had it back 3 times to get this corrected. So I was told the last time to replace the brakes. For a surprising $800. When I went to pick it up the cost is $960 told to change the air filter and live with 12 mpg. So now I own a car with 35k miles that gets 12 mpg and still make a strange noise. Over the years family members and friends have purchased cars there. That will stop and I will not be back. More
