Inquired online about a 2020 Titan Pro-4x listed on auto trader. Salesperson called me this morning at 09:36 am and said it was available, but no pictures are available. My parents go to see the truck and send me pictures at 15:58. They are told the truck is no longer available as it is being “loaned” to a local college football player. But there were two new 2023 models ready to be sold. Called the sales person back, and she claims she had no knowledge of the “loan” prior to me calling. At best, their communication between departments needs major work. It’s more likely that they are being deceptive in the hopes of selling new models for more money. I will not wait for the “loan” to be returned. They have lost my business. More
