Highly dont recommend buying a vehicle from Brad Deery Honda in Burlington iowa, we bought a 2017 chrysler pacifica from them, promised it was gone through and looked over with no issues, no more then ge Honda in Burlington iowa, we bought a 2017 chrysler pacifica from them, promised it was gone through and looked over with no issues, no more then get it home and check engine light comes on for cylinder 5 misfire, I call them right away n tell them the issue. So they was aware, I then diagnosed it and ended up finding a bad head gasket. After this I called back, they asked me to bring it to their service department so they could double check it and get it ready to send the diagnosis to warranty since it had a 3 month used car warranty through them. Once they had it torn down and in pieces the warranty company decided they dont want to cover a head gasket bc its a gasket. So im getting stuck with the bill for the car we had in our possession for about a week, and bought over a month ago. Now I contact their general manager, Mark, to try and work something out and i even offer to pay for the parts, or even split the bill, and he pretty well tells me he dont give a xxxx about me, he has other paying customers, to deal with and dont care about my issues. After 2 days of calls with him he finally thinks hes being nice and offered me 700 off an already almost 4000 dollar bill. So if you are thinking about buying a vehicle from brad deery honda in Burlington, please rethink that and stay away from them. Im not the only one with problems like this, iv had many people that have said they had dealt with the same kind of deal buying there, and the general manager mark screwed them over. I will say, that the service department has been great with me and done the best they could to help me, they just had their hands tied bc of the general manager More

They Cleared a check engine code before we purchased the $25,000 car not even 30 miles on it the code came on they want us to pay for a diag. Sales manager Marc told us if we put deposit down on a crv that was being ordered and if we didn't like it once it came in we would get our deposit refunded. The vehicle that was sold to me didn't even make it home from the dealership. The alternator blew out. The dealer made it sound like I was getting a good deal on a car, and knew I didn't have much money to from the dealership. The alternator blew out. They didn't say much about the car when I came to pick it up. And when I handed them the check they were quick to push me out the door. These ppl knew they sold me a peice of crap car and I was too navie and need of a car to see it. Needless to say I will never recommend anyone to this dealership, and I truly hope someone looks into this dealership ethics policy. Because nobody should ever buy a car that doesn't even make it home. More
