My dealer experience was excellent, and definitely better from before. From receiving my car, providing a loaner, to the return of my car, everything went as it should at an upscale dealership. On the positive side as well, the mechanics diagnosed several issues that I had not noticed and proceeded to take care of them under warranty. I appreciate this! On the negative side, it bothers me that such problems are happening with a car that has less than 13,000 miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It scares me to think what will happen if I keep the car for a long time, as I was intending to do? How can so many problems (although I didn't even notice them, they are serious problems) occur in a car still so new? More
