He was very open with each of the costs and he worked with us to get us into a Mini at a very reasonable price. Robert gave us a tour of Braman starting with the "Mini Boutique" and finishing with the customer lounge and complimentary cafe. We were treated to lunch while our paperwork was completed. As far as car buying goes, this was painless and actually enjoyable. Having left something in our trade-in, we called Robert for some help. He took care of everything immediately.
