In for an oil change and got a lot more! First time to Quality Hyundai and "Wow" is the only word that I can use. I arrived at 7:40 AM this morning and was greeted by Carla. I wasn't looking to buy a car but with his no pressure manner and no gimmick, no nonsense approach gave me food for thought and a deal I couldn't pass up. Went home to think about it without that pressured feeling many dealers give - you know - the "buy it now before the deal and/or car is gone". I was armed with numbers in hand and a smile and "hope to see you soon" on the way out. Today I return and the enthusiasm and welcoming feeling hadn't changed. Jay was just the same, professional and personable - I'll recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai.
