Very disappointing and dishonest experience with Brandon Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Loveland. I inquired about a 2025 RAM listed on CarFax and was told the vehicle was available. We agreed I would buy it Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Loveland. I inquired about a 2025 RAM listed on CarFax and was told the vehicle was available. We agreed I would buy it the next day. They sent a contract with an undisclosed dealer add-on; I replied that I accepted their listed price and fees without negotiating and was promised a corrected contract within an hour. I secured financing and was ready to sign and send a down payment -- only to receive a call saying they had sold the truck to someone who walked into the dealership. I wasted hours preparing a good-faith purchase. Apparently, verbal agreements and active transactions mean nothing here. Buyer beware. More

Due to the fact that it would take several hours, and my appt was at 8:00 the next day, I opted to try the night box drop. Well, long story short, thankfully, service advisor, Vail, was just leaving for the night. AFTERHOURS, he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the night drop process and located my vehicle on the lot. He said he would get to it first thing in the morning and give me a call. Sure enough, the communication throughout the day was great. He was a pleasure to work with. If I could give out an Above and Beyond Award, he would get it! More

Not a fan, seems to be full price and over markup for everything. I wanted to address a squeal sound from the same area of a previous repair but there was a diagnostic fee proposed- no thanks! Then there was a $20 fee to top off my coolant where I could buy an entire gallon of Mopar coolant on Amazon. The pictures revealed dirty air and cabin filters but the checklist said everything was fine. And no one brought that to my attention. Going to have to do my own maintenance cause you can’t count on them. Maybe there inspection is only for expensive and extensive repairs like I experienced a few months earlier. More
