I had the best service with the Used Car Salespeople: Mark Smith & Richard Lane. Richard Lane gave me the best deal in the world!
I really appreciate his thoughtfulness and his personable service! Richard was attentive and was there to give me a great deal!

My Review Of Breakaway Honda:

"Excellent Customer Service" is how I will start with. I met Christine and she was so full of energy and excited to provide me details and was very very friendly and helpful. In fact she went to the extent of walking out in the rain (offcourse with an umberlla.. :)) to show me a color of the van that I requested and that was my first visit for a new car sales at the dealership. We had good conversation on what my expecation is on the price and what she can or cannot do, it was very professional. I would definetely give a 5 Star for Christine. Mark on the other hand was excellent as well, he understood my requirements and told me what he can do and it met my expectaions very very closely and we struck a deal. The service was very quick and clean withought any dragging of conversations. We finished the whole deal in a couple of days and I got my van delivered as promised. BREAKAWAY HONDA ROCKS!!!

My Review Of Breakaway Honda:

I worked with Karen from the Sales Team. She was very friendly, understanding of my needs, and NEVER pushy about selling me a car. She provided several different options based on what I was looking for....a car for my teen-aged daughter. In the end, we found the perfect car to suit our needs and wants, AND they worked with me to find the right price. The experience wasn't difficult nor did I ever feel uncomfortable that I was buying something I wasn't 100% certain about. My daughter is now very happy - as am I that I was able to get her such a wonderful, highly-rated vehicle.

Without doubt my most enjoyable car buying experience in my life and I'm 66 yrs old. Dan and Ricky were great!!
They simply told me about the car, didn't try to sell me, or pressure me. No "What would it take for you to buy today?"
hard core sales approach. Just good people, treating people good.

We had a Honda Civic 2010 and when shopping for a new car we looked at Hyundai Santa Fe and Honda CRV. Our final decision to purchase a Honda CRV was based on the following:
1. Excellent after sales service in a superb service facility.
2. Friendly staff who do not torment customers with endless sales pitch.

My Review Of Breakaway Honda:

I purchased a 2010 VW from Bob and Mike almost exactly one year ago and was pleased then and even happier now. Your dealership makes getting the PA registration as easy as buying a car in my hometown of Washington, PA. The only thing you don't do is issue the PA state inspection. Is that next? I bought a BMW at a dealership in Columbus, the prestigious "Midwestern Auto Group" and all they could do is put a temp. Ohio tag on it. In had to go to AAA, pay the sales tax, get a PA plate, and then a PA inspection. Breakaway make the PA registration a piece of cake.

This time a bought what is known as a "back row vehicle" on a used car lot. I was buying it at a terrific price and said I would take it "As-Is" no detailing, no going through the shop. I went to pick it up, and Bob said. "the windows are down because the shop shampooed the carpet". The truck was completely detailed including under the hood. The gas tank was full.

This is my second purchase at Breakaway and definitely won't be my last. Bob and Mike might have been born "Yankees", like me, but they definitely now have Southern Hospitality if Y'all know what I mean.

My Review Of Breakaway Honda:

I contacted Breakaway by email because the local dealer in Asheville did not have the car I wanted. Mark Becker replied the next morning to advise me of the stock they had on hand and invite me in for a test drive. I arrived late in the afternoon. Mark greeted me and responded to all my requests over the next 3 hours. We drove four cars and looked at three more for color comparison. Mark confirmed the automatic Fit could be towed flat behind an RV (my primary concern, after just liking the car). He also did not play games on the cost. He brought me an offer and I made a counter which they accepted. I feel like I got a very good deal on a very nice car. They did not waste my time and cheerfully gave up theirs. I will be pleased to go back to Breakaway Honda for vehicles in the future. Mark is a very amiable and capable sales person. I quit buying Hondas years ago after suffering one high pressure sales job in Annapolis. Breakaway has brought me back to the brand.

We used the Cosco program. Mark quickly made contact with us. On our arrival he was ready and in no time had pin pointed the exact vehicle we were looking for. My FIRST enjoyable experience at any dealership.

My Review Of Breakaway Honda:

We were greeted by Danny who was very pleasant, knowledgeabe and patient letting us drive several different models since we weren't sure what Honda we might want...or if we were going to buy a Honda. He also knew an astounding amount about the Mini Clubman S we were considering trading in toward this purchase. We were seriously looking at several other dealerships not at all conviced we would be purchasing a Honda. We took up a great deal of time, switched drivers, but he was very accomidating, knowledgeable and likeable making us feel welcome, at ease, and not that obnoxious sales pressuring which turns us off. Both he and Adam were quite persistant encouraging me to get the Touring off the floor for a real feel for the car.......I hated having them do all that....but it was significant as it is a real cut above the basic...and now that car is ours. (Good move guys.)

Danny was patient going through the MANY Tech features afte the sale..though it will honestly take me quite some time to remember and figure everything out again...very long tiring day. The next day Danny followed up the sale with a phone call saying when I come in for the customer gift to call ahead so he would be sure to be there to answer any additonal questions since taking it home....when I am less tired and frazzled.

This is our 4th Honda...our 3rd accord. They have been wonderfully reliable cars....I will indeed miss the fun of my very sassy Mini Clubman S I cannot lie...but I am enjoying the very comfortable roomy ride of the Honda, all the bells and whistles (especialy the cameras), better NAV, yes the voice commands, and nicer car stereo. We are looking forward to taking this new baby on the road for a summer vacation. :-)

They did a great job and we would recommend both of them..and the dealership to our friends.
