I have bought (2) cars (6) & (4) Series BMW from there at Brian Harris. It was so convenient about a couple of years ago. My Rear end Differential needed Repair. so I called for an Appointment, that was the Brian Harris. It was so convenient about a couple of years ago. My Rear end Differential needed Repair. so I called for an Appointment, that was the EASY part, what was the DIFFICULTY is Trying to get a Loaner car or transportation back within a (10) mile radius or to whatever destination. Good thing I have an Extended Warranty in which paid for my Repair and a Rental Car. Now my Service Advisor Ms Nathalie King was an Angel. She spoke with the mechanic to see if I could return on the day in which a Loaner could be given , in which it couldn’t, so she called for Clearance on the Warranty Repair and got me a Rental to return home until my car would be repaired. A problem solver INDEED. More

I traveled to Baton Rouge from Plano, TX to visit my family. My brake maintenance light went on. After traveling to Baton Rouge for an appointment, my 11 year old 535i began showing an urgent engine coolant message. My State Farm Agent Laurin Maier came to the rescue and called for a tow service. I called Brian Harris BMW and they received my car for service. They stayed in contact me thru the entire process. I was so impressed with the video from the service tech, he explained every detail in a manner I could understand. The repairs were completed and I picked up my car just a few days later. Thank you all so very much. I will be back and plan on buying BMW # 3 ! More
