Everything about my experience was excellent — the staff were wonderful, the service was great, and the entire process went smoothly. This easily would have been a 5‑star review. However, I had specifically asked about a drill‑less option for the front license plate, and I even brought my own tow‑hook‑mounted bracket since I’m moving to Pennsylvania soon and won’t need a front plate. Unfortunately, the dealership installed the standard front plate holder anyway. Now, when I remove it, I’ll be left with four large, noticeable holes in the front of my beautiful new Chevrolet Bolt. Really disappointing, especially after an otherwise perfect experience. — Bill More

It was a horrible overall experiment and I felt hopeless and without help . I took it to get the brakes looked at because it was screeching. Long story short left out of therw and brakes are still screechin and without help . I took it to get the brakes looked at because it was screeching. Long story short left out of therw and brakes are still screeching and have to go back on a Saturday at 7 AM and waste my time when it could’ve got handled the first time . When I told the service guy this, he’s telling me this is a natural things that happens. …. There’s no reason for my brakes to be squeaking after they serviced it and put new brake pads themselves. I’m very unsatisfied, and I will never wanna go back again. More
