My Review of Brighton Honda:
I went to Brighton Honda to discuss purchasing a new Civic. The salesperson was great. She spent a considerable amount of time reviewing what colors were available, and the different option levels. We also reviewed possible used car options. I finally settled on the type of Civic I wanted, and asked for pricing. I did not have a trade in, so I was negotiating the sales price only. The quote from the Sales Manager was MSRP. I asked if they would be willing to go lower than MSRP, and the Sales Manager explained that some dealers are pricing them above MSRP, and they were pricing at MSRP for this popular car.

Needless to say, I went to two different dealerships and both priced their cars at MSRP, and were willing to negotiate a lower price. I eventually bought a car at one of those dealerships.
