My Review of Bristol Toyota Scion:
The overall experience of purchasing my new truck was excellent. I worked with Steve Blakely and the sales team to finalize the sale. I was able to do most of the conversation with Bristol Toyota on the phone, at my convenience. I did not feel pressured to buy the truck at any time. When the deal was finalized, I felt as though I had made another good purchase from a dealership I trust.

I am a long time customer. I have purchased ten vehicles from Bristol Toyota and my son has purchased two. I also bring all of our cars in for service regularly and have a tremendous amount of confidence in them. To be able to walk into a dealership and be on a first name basis with managemnet, sales and service has made owning a car an enjoyable experince.

My Review of Bristol Toyota Scion:
It was the first dealership when I arrived that didn't run out looking for a sale. They let my sister and I look around. When I was ready, I went and inside and asked for a saleperson.

Steve was very nice, friendly and accommodating. I took the rav4 for a drive and loved it but I wasn't ready for the paperwork. I asked to see them the next day and wasn't pushed into anything. He introduced us to the manager and walked us out.

I came in the next day and made the deal that I wanted and bought my car. Brian was worked real hard to get what I wanted. I was very pleased with everything.

I told them you really don't know how I could have been but actually there was no need whatsoever to be crazy so to speak.

I highly recommend this dealership without all the hassles . Thanks Steve

My Review of Bristol Toyota Scion:
After test driving a 2010 Camry XLE, I made my decision to own one. I sat down with Steve Axtell who was in every sense, one of the most honest car dealers I have every dealt with. His professionalism by not trying to sell me something I did not need or want, his knowledge of the vehicle, and his concern in getting me the best deal he could without schmoozing me, made buying a car from this dealership something to think about. After meeting and negotiating with Brian the sales manager, I felt I was being given a good deal. Being a negotiator by trade, I had already done my homework on Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds.com. but I still felt I needed to check out the price with another dealer. I headed over to BOCH Toyota in MA (they boasted being the No. 1 dealer in sales) to see if I could get better pricing. That was one of the worst mistakes I ever made. The sales manager was a bully in every sense of the word. The final price was lower but not by much, and did not include a remote started that Bristol offered. Boch was so insistent that I give them my credit card and accept their lower price. I told them I did not carry it with me and had to go home and think about it. They were not happy by this. I called Steve and told him about Boch's pricing. Steve told me about numerous complaints with Boch quoting one price only to find out the price was different (and higher) when they went to deal with Boch's finance department. Steve said to check out dealerrater.com and check both Boch's and Bristol's reviews. Thank God I did! I went back to Bristol Toyota and it was like a breath of fresh air. I am happy with the price I paid and the AWESOME service that I received from Steve and Brian. Kudos to the both of them! By the way, when I got home, Robert called from Boch's and I told him I didn't care for the bullying I received. He then offered me $1000.00 less than what he originally offered. I said, "No thanks". If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. READ the reviews..............

My Review of Bristol Toyota Scion:
My experience with Bristol Toyota Scion was a great one. Even though I did not buy a Toyota - I purchased a used, trade-in, Honda - Steve was just as willing to help me in any way he could. The car was inspected for 2 years, the oil changed, and waxed when I came to pick it up! The service was great and the price was right. I would definitely recommend a stop by Bristol Toyota Scion when in the market for a new/used Toyota... or anything else you might find.

I walked in and explained my situation to Steve and right away he wrote down all my needs and concerns. Steve made me feel at ease immediately. I knew I was in good hands and that my problems would be solved. Steve was able to find a car and SUV to meet my family's needs and budget right away. He was very patient and understanding as I vented about my situation and made me feel like everything would be OK. I am very grateful to Steve and Bristol Toyota for turning a bad situation into a great experience! Thank you!

My Review of Bristol Toyota Scion:
Jes was very friendly. He worked with us to put us in the best car that fit our needs. The dealer did not push us to purchase brand new and we ended up with a great car with only 12,000 miles. Only complaint is with Toyota financing. We have excellent credit and have purchased two other Toyota's in the past. The rates with Toyota Motor Credit were not good and we ended up using another lender. For repeat customers who have always paid on time we were disappointed that they could not work with us. But, overall, with Bristol Toyota we were very satisfied.

My Review of Bristol Toyota Scion:
All I can say is that it was worth the trip over the 3 bridges as I was treated very well by Barbara,Steve,Brian and especially June with her bodyguard.
Bristol Toyota came to me very highly recommended and I am glad to say.that the people that told me were definitely telling the truth.
I will tell all that I know about Bristol either it be new or used cars that its worth the trip and with out being sued by using that guy's slogan from Newport, I will end this letter.
But then again, I could have used the other guys slogan, come on down!
Seriously a very profesional job done by all and you should be proud,

My Review of Bristol Toyota Scion:
My husband was in a critical car accident and I needed a new car, my families lives were turned upside down. When I walked into Brisotl Toyota I was greeted by the friendliest people and felt they really cared about me and my situation. Anna worked with me to get me approved and fit me into a payment that worked for me she was awesome. Bruce and Scott worked with me to find me a car that would work for the payment I needed and also I needed a car that would work for my husbands wheelchair, I can not say enough about Bruce and Scott. They are top rated salesmen in my book!!! The folks at Bristol Toyota that worked with me made me smile for the first time in a month. I experienced excellent customer service at Bristol Toyota and would recommended anyone to buy from them. They where professional, sincere, and genuine people and I look forward to a long history of car buying from Bristol Toyota.

My Review of Bristol Toyota Scion:
Bristol Toyota was the best car-buying experience we ever had. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. There were no high pressure tactics. No one "jumped" us as soon as we entered the lot. Negotiations on price were spirited, fair and entertaining. Bristol and we agreed on a price in the middle the next morning. We saw the car on Tuesday; paid for it on Wednesday; took delivery on Friday. They handled everything, including the vehicle registration, very professionally and in a timely manner.

We had a very good telephone experience with Bristol Toyota last year when shopping for a car. I knew we would go back to them again, and the purchase experience this year was everything we could have wanted. We gave "only" a 4 rating for price because we cannot be absolutely sure Bristol has the lowest prices. But everything else about the dealership was exceptional. Therefore, any slight premium on price is worth the quality of care, value and service we received with the transaction.

It was my first time going to Bristol Toyota. It was an awesome experience. I was treated very well. I would go back again for sure. And I love my car! All the salespeople were very polite and helpful. Steve is a great salesman and really took good care of me.
