Told wrong price on phone They gave me a discount but not the amount I was told on the phone. Had to ask them to check transmission fluid and I was told they don't typically do so during an oil change b not the amount I was told on the phone. Big red flag not for that to be SOP for a 20 year old car(has the dipstick).....Asked them to top off all fluids. They didn't, they didn't even put in enough oil I had to had some. Low enough for potential damage. Didn't top off coolant either. They also didn't noticed my broken rear spring. Doesn't look very good on their part they aren't looking for safety issues which they are supposed to. They recommended me to replace my brake fluid and coolant. If the fluids were looked at by seasoned mechanic they would've seen it was new fluids already. This is blind upselling. They also failed to ask if I've had major routine maintenance that vehicle is due for.... More
