Called BD about a new truck, spoke with internet sales Called BD about a new truck, spoke with internet sales and pre qualified. Was told sale only runs from 12/31 to 1/1 and had to go to the showroom for Called BD about a new truck, spoke with internet sales and pre qualified. Was told sale only runs from 12/31 to 1/1 and had to go to the showroom for the deal. Took a holiday off and lost 750.00$ in pay to be told when I got there that they couldn’t help me. Called internet sales on my way home an hour and a half away and no callback. Nothing more then a ploy to get me there. Wondering if they’ll reimburse me for taking the day off to buy a truck that they said I was prequalified for??? Terrible dealership. More

Purchased 2022 ram 5500 crew cab chassis. Salesman assured me truck comes with The Jack. After purchase i checked everywhere i could not find it. I notified salesman and he checked and said he will or assured me truck comes with The Jack. After purchase i checked everywhere i could not find it. I notified salesman and he checked and said he will order one for me. Next days he texted and told me it does not come with a Jack. Floor mats were missing also. Running boards are not attached to truck and no one in the area has them due to DEF tank under passenger rear seat. Salesman also mentioned before leaving the lot dealer would fill half tank of diesel and full tank of DEF. Only to find that they only filled full DEF and only a 20 Gallon small diesel tank which is 20 gallons the 52 gallons tank was empty. Now i have a brand new truck with no running boards/ no Jack/ no floor mats. Very disappointed. More
