I can’t say enough great things about Brown’s Alfa Romeo and my service advisor, Fran. I brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia in for a leaking coolant hose and honestly expected the worst. I dropped my car off at 11:00 AM, fully prepared for a long wait, and to my complete surprise, Fran called me the same day around 3:00 PM to tell me the car was ready and fully fixed. What impressed me even more was that they had the part in stock, which made all the difference. The customer service was absolutely top tier. Communication was clear and professional, the repair was done properly, and they even topped off my tires. This really shows the level of care and attention they put into their work.
