I have been leasing cars since 1987 and this has been by far the easiest and most professional experience I have had.I leased a Murano CrossCabriolet and requested pricing by email. Not only did I get a prompt reply but it was the best pricing as well. I would highly rate the dealership as well as Kerri . She was professional and spent time with me going over every part of the car.

As a life long Toyota owner, I didn't anticipate being swayed by the new Pathfinder. Not only did I fall in love with the car, our salesman, Milton, was terrific. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vechicle, was patient, courteous, pleasant and professional. He sealed the deal with no stress, no games and no financial gimmicks. We would definitely recommend this dealer and Milton in particular to anyone looking for a new car.

This is probably one of the best dealerships around. From the moment you walk in until you drive off the lot its a no pressure what do we need to do too make you happy attitude is second to none. OK, this is my 5th car that I am leasing from them but obviously there is a reason. This time around my sales person was 2nd to none..She is polite, friendly and knows her product! I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a car. She did not pressure me into anything but helped me pick the right vehicle for me and my family. And from there the finance dept was fantastic. Christina is great! She took her time explaining everything and answering all and any questions without attitude, trying to rush me through just an easy experience. The dealership as a whole is fantastic and I really cant find a bad spot to say something negative about. If you are thinking of purchasing a car this is where you need to go!

After only a few days with my new 2013 Nissan Altima, I have to tell you that I could not be more pleased with my car and my experience at Bruce Bennett Nissan.

The car itself has already met and exceeded my expectations. The interior has so many wonderful features and the car drives beautifully. As happy as I am with the car, I am even more happy with my interactions with everyone at the dealership. First and foremost, I have to thank you for your time, thoughtfulness and attention to detail. You made the entire process straightforward and stress free. You happily addressed each of my questions, treated me as a valued customer from the very beginning and demonstrated with your humor and genuine kindness that you were truly looking out for me during each step of the process. I cannot thank you enough for your ongoing communication and attention to detail.

It is also worth mentioning that virtually everyone I have encountered at the dealership (both in person and over the phone) has been helpful and kind. Christina did a fantastic job helping me navigate financing and paperwork, and Patti in the service department has already been helpful in arranging the installation of the environmental protection package. There have also been countless others who have either held a door open, answered a question, or called to check on my experience.

Thank you again for making this such a good experience. As thrilled as I am about my new Altima, I am also excited that I will have the opportunity to go through this process again in three years when my lease expires!

Buyer Beware.

I had a bad experience with them and frankly, am shocked by the way they do business.

They did not have the exact car I was looking for on the lot, which was a two-year-old Rogue with satellite radio and a navigation system in it. They were very helpful at the time of purchase and offered to install those features into a car in order to make the sale.

What they did was put in a cheap, unreliable after-market radio and navigation system, which failed within a year. When I brought the car back and asked them to fix the system, they told me I was on my own.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I happened to stumble upon Bruce Bennett on a Sunday afternoon, and much to my surprise they were open. After entering their showroom I was greeted by a bunch of smiling faces and Richard Spelling approached me asking if my family needed any help. We joked around for a bit and test drove a new Maxima before returning home. Richard kept in touch with me the next couple days about a 350z convertible they had on the showroom and was extremely outgoing and straight forward the entire time. Bruce Bennett dropped the price substantially over the next few days and I am now the proud owner of an 09 350z Convertible.

Richard Spelling was an outstanding employee, never being pushy or on top of you like you see at a lot of other dealerships. He was friendly, down to earth and a genuinely good guy. If anyone is thinking about a new Nissan or a used car I would highly suggest going and talking to Richard, you will not be disappointed.

When it came down to payment, Christina Magnotta was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was beyond organized and was willing to work with you on whatever issue you might have. The entire process was very streamlined and down right enjoyable due to the high caliber of people who work here.

Bruce Bennett Nissan is the best dealership around, and I urge even interested in a car to go here first.

After being in contact with this dealership over the course of the past month, we ended up going in for a visit on 1/24/2013. We were interested in trading in a car that was having some mechanical problems that were getting to be too much to pay for with our current budget, but we were still paying off the loan from when we had bought the car. We were set up with Jason, one of the salespeople. Everything went as smoothly as possible, far beyond what we thought was possible considering our situation. Jason and Christine, the finance manager, worked together to crunch the numbers and get us a fantastic deal. While waiting for information to come in from the lenders, Bruce Bennett himself came over and introduced himself. He explained quite a bit of information to us, and showed genuine concern in working with us to get us into the right car for us and our situation. Overall, I am very impressed with both the staff, their inventory, and our overall experience. We picked up the car today and it is wonderful, I can't believe it's mine!! As long as we live in the area we'll be going to and recommending Bruce Bennett Nissan!!

I own that House of Fins in Greenwich, CT.I wanted to make a change from Ford vans to the Nissan NV for our aquarium maintenance division. On my first trip to Bruce Bennett Nissan in 2011, I met Bruce Bennett (the owner) on the floor which was reassuring- especially given the size of the place(this is not a small dealership!). I bought 3 vehicles for my business that day. When there was a small "hickup" in the financing, the owner's son Todd Bennett came in personally to assure me that he would take care of everything, which he promptly did. This year, when it came time to add another vehicle to my fleet, I called Christina Magnotta in the financing office who directed me to my salesman Hector- after that phone call, I got a quote sent to me via email, and signed paperwork the next day- they made everything simple! There are dealerships closer to my business, but I will always be a loyal Bruce Bennett Nissan customer- Their customer service is second to none!
