Everything about this dealership was terrible from start to finish. Every interaction was over the phone, and they still managed to lie at every turn. They ran my credit, took my deposit, assured me the car to finish. Every interaction was over the phone, and they still managed to lie at every turn. They ran my credit, took my deposit, assured me the car was mine… and then sold the car to someone else after I left work and drove 2.5 hours to pick it up. Three different salesmen (Daniel, Chris, and Tino) left voicemails this morning telling me the car was available. Based on that, we moved forward with the credit application and deposit with Tino. Clearly no one communicates, and the leadership is just as unorganized. Who does that? Completely unprofessional, unethical, and disrespectful. They wasted my time, hit my credit for nothing, and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Zero accountability, zero honesty, and absolutely zero customer service. This dealership is nothing but liars. They do not care about their customers in the slightest. I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay far away — they will run your credit and still sell your car out from under you. Tolby and Tino made this an awful experience. My family has been in the car business for over 37 years, and they would never treat a customer this way. Be careful — they may run your credit and then sell your car. More

Arvy at Brustolon was easy to work with. Had everything ready when I showed up, after a brief conversion on the phone about what I was interested in. Dealer has a no-negotiation policy on us Had everything ready when I showed up, after a brief conversion on the phone about what I was interested in. Dealer has a no-negotiation policy on used cars, probably my only gripe, but it likely appeals to many. I would definitely do business here again More
Be Careful of This Dealer ! ! I purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali from Brustolon Buick-GMC in Connecticut on 1/27/24 They posted there GMC Denali having 8,100 miles…W ! I purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali from Brustolon Buick-GMC in Connecticut on 1/27/24 They posted there GMC Denali having 8,100 miles…When I arrived it had 9,960 mile The Denali also had paint damage in the left front door jam from someone’s shoes…I had to repair when I got the truck back home to NY…I have great credit and asked the finance team to get my auto loan through teachers federal credit Union…They ended up hitting my credit score 4 times and got the loan through Capital One at 8.91% on real Now on 1/2/25 I go to a local dealership in NY to trade this truck in that I got from Brustolon and and I’m told they don’t want my truck it’s not worth more than peanuts on the dollar because they sold me illegally a truck from Canada!!!! The warranty does not transfer from Canada to the states… I’ve called Brustolon dealership to get to the bottom of this…I’ve asked to talk to sales manager and everyday they say he’s in a meeting…I leave my name and contact information and he still hasn’t called me back… I only got called back by the salesman that sold me the truck that does not have the authority to address this serious issue for the dealership This dealer sold me a vehicle with a NON transferable warranty . This alone is illegal . Period . Now they will take no responsibility / no communication!! This review is the first of many and I am not the only one with this issue ! This issue has cost me 10k and made it impossible to trade in the vehicle . I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and the Connecticut Attorney General office for vehicle Fraud . Be careful with this dealer !!!! More
I had a very disappointing experience with Brustolon Buick, especially regarding their lack of communication and transparency. The dealership failed to keep me in the loop throughout the process, which Buick, especially regarding their lack of communication and transparency. The dealership failed to keep me in the loop throughout the process, which led to a lot of frustration on my end. To make matters worse, they unexpectedly increased the asking price simply because I chose not to finance the car through them. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic and left a bad impression. The advertised listing also failed to mention that the car only came with one key. This kind of omission is critical, as replacement keys can be expensive and inconvenient. Furthermore, my salesman, Greg, insisted that every purchase required a $499 documentation fee, stating it was non-negotiable. Later, I discovered that this was, in fact, negotiable, which made me feel misled. Overall, I would not recommend Brustolon Buick due to their poor communication, lack of transparency, and the feeling of being nickel-and-dimed throughout the process. More
