Every time I look at the horrendous job they did repairing my car I feel the need to write another review of this disreputable sham of a business "Satisfaction guaranteed" was the first lie they tol repairing my car I feel the need to write another review of this disreputable sham of a business "Satisfaction guaranteed" was the first lie they told me and "We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to amend the situation, so please contact me directly." was the last lie they told me. If I could give them less than one star I would have. They attempted a simple repair and couldn't even handle that. I specifically requested OEM parts and they used an aftermarket front piece. The color was two shades darker blue than the car. The part looks like it was installed by someone that clearly did not know what he was doing. Both the right and left side seam overlapped at the top and underlapped at the bottom. Quite a feat when the seam is less than a foot long. The gap between the front piece and the hood was three times as wide as the original. They refuse to man up and correct their mistake. I left the car with them asked them to put on a real Factory part and to do it correctly. They said they would and also take care of the rental. They did not. The rental company told me they were never contacted. They told me they talked to my insurance company. They did not. They told me my insurance company (the one they did not contact) wants me to accept the repairs and to come and pick up the vehicle. As I said, the insurance company was never contacted by them. They have had my vehicle for three weeks now and so far have refused to correct their mistake. "STAY AWAY FROM BRUSTOLON". They will lie to you at every opportunity, they will do substandard work and refuse to correct major mistakes. Worst experience I have had with any repair shop. Thank you for responding with a telephone number that’s a automated directory that doesn’t list you. It’s been a week since I sent you an email. No response. I can imagine where my email went. Your response is nothing but lip service to make it appear like you would like to take care of the horrendous job you inflicted on my vehicle. Your nothing but a bunch of crooks. More
Beware. This dealership will do whatever they can to get a dollar out of you. They convinced me to spend the money on the extended warranty on my truck but when my transmission first began to slip and show signs that it would need a rebuild they assured me that a “flush and fill” of transmission fluid would fix the issue. Fast forward to being JUST over my warranty mileage, SURPRISE… my transmission needs to be replaced and they are right there ready to take the $5,000 from me. When I explained how this should have been addressed last time I brought it in the service manager said to me “what would you have wanted me to do back then it wasn’t under warranty….” Are you KIDDING me?! I am so extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this dealership. I’m sorry I ever gave even 1 cent; I will never give them another penny.. More
I have been a loyal customer of Brustolon's for many years, having serviced and repaired many of my personal vehicles there. Today I called several times for a oil change apt.and pricing. The service d years, having serviced and repaired many of my personal vehicles there. Today I called several times for a oil change apt.and pricing. The service dept. Called for service appointment, cause I did buy a warranty, told me they have staffing issues had to wait 2 weeks. So I wait 2 weeks drop off the truck for the appointment they call say they still have issues couldn’t do it! 7 days later I am still stuck with no transportation or expectation of when I will have my vehicle repaired. The truck still sitting where I parked it! No repairs, no call, no offer of loaner. Now I’m finding out this isn’t a rare occurrence at Brustolon guess their idea of customer service is very much different than most! In 50 years of doing business with dealerships I have never been treat so poorly! If and when I ever do get my truck back it will never see the inside of that place again. I’m sure there are many other establishments that would love to have my business and treat me with at least a little respect! If your looking to buy this is not the place to spend your hard earned money! More
brake lines Brakes went on truck in New London 7/7/717 seeing Brustelon replaced front and back breaks within the year took truck to them Fri afternoon 7/7/17 the Brakes went on truck in New London 7/7/717 seeing Brustelon replaced front and back breaks within the year took truck to them Fri afternoon 7/7/17 they couldn't look at it till at least mon which that was ok so they called mon said break lines need to be replace truck is 2006 original lines we gave consent to do work Kevin stated would be done Wed the latest so we don't call Tuesday to ask when truck will be done exceptable then wed rolled around end of day no call nothing we call waiting on parts tomorrow will be done Thur same no call end of business day call them someone called out couldn't get to our truck. definitely done FRi morning waited till 10 or so on fri morning drove there go inside almost done so husband waits in waiting room maybe 15-20 min we decide to drive around the building to look and see if anyone even working on his truck nope tires off on lift no one near truck. so call GM corporate tell them everything ending complaint with if we didn't have truck back that day Friday 7/14/17 end of day they could put tires back on push outside and we would have tow truck pick up sat. we received first phone call from them since mon 7/10/17 they called at 3-330 , 7/14/17 saying truck ready we could pick up enough said More

Went in for repair of leaking seal in Sierra 3500 rear axle resulted in burnt out bearings twice due to incorrect lubrication, complete replacement of rear end by independent mechanic finding GM parts that dealership said were no longer available. Complete run around by service department more concerned about covering their mistakes than fixing the problem. Met with owner and manager; agreed they had made mistakes but only willing to pay a small portion of charges incurred due to their incompetence. Stay away. More
