This was by far the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The vehicle I purchased had 600 more miles than advertised online, something I only found out after receiving the contract. I was upfront with the dealer about my travel plans since I was coming from out of state, but the choice of financing delayed the process and forced me to extend my trip. That meant I had to cover two extra days of travel, costing me around $500. When I finally received the car, it immediately had a TPMS sensor issue. The sales rep brushed it off, saying it was probably just the heat. Later, I learned that one sensor was defective and the other three are nearly dead, all needing replacement. On top of that, they refused to fill out an inspection form for me to take home, which only added to the lack of transparency. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend buying a car here. Between the hidden mileage, added costs, lack of accountability, and unresolved issues with the car, this experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. More
It's always comforting to me to visit Buckeye Ford. I've purchased three vehicles from them since the late 1980s and with each experience, my confidence only grows! Whether ordering, purchasing, having service work done, or buying from the parts department, it's all a "two thumbs up" for me! Each employee is well-trained, personable and professional, with that vital extra of friendliness. In addition to the employees, I've never had a Buckeye Ford vehicle that was anything other than fantastic. I'm a truck person, from a 1992 Ford F-350 crew cab diesel dually to a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT to my current 5-star truck, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in velocity blue. Chad Swartzmiller was my salesman and guided me through the ordering process to the bewildering array of technological improvements to trucks since I bought the 1998 Ranger (which was a lot!). His patience and expertise are unmatched! Without exception, every experience I've had with each department at Buckeye Ford has been a blessing! More
