When we got the car from the other dealer, it didn't have the features (mud flaps, floor mats) that store said they'd added. Auburn Hyundai arranged to have the work done, and we agreed to take the car across town to the store it had come from. Keith's team member called me within the week to be sure we had an appointment. When I told her they never called me back she called them herself. After her intervention our behalf, we had an appointment within 24 hours! Best car buying experience, ever! More
