All of the financing and service are done next door at the Chrysler dealer. I was promised window tinting which I paid for and was told that I would be contacted. They did a purchase follow up call and I asked about it and they said they would follow up with me. Still haven't heard from them. More

Purchase of a new Ioniq We choose this dealer because they worked with Costco. The price was fair and we did not have to negotiate. Part of this time was test driving two cars and waiting for the dealer to conduct a trade with another dealership for the particular model/color we wanted, but the actual purchase process went very slowly.
