When we arrived at the dealership, we expected to be bombarded with a sales staff trying to sell us any car on the lot and by really caring about us. NOT THE CASE! My wife and I were able to poke around look at all the different cars. About 15 minutes later, sales guy BK comes out to check in on us. He wasn't interested in selling us the car we were looking at. He was interested in where we stood with a car purchase. What cars we had already reviewed online and truly understood that we just needed to see which car would fit our family. He even tried to get the color exterior and interior my wife wanted. After working so hard for us to give us what we wanted and not being able to find it, we decided to change directions and change our color option. He had just the car we wanted! Everything was so seamless. We reviewed terms via email so when I got off work we could go down to do our signing and new car delivery. BK was no pressure, hard worker and made sure we were happy. Keith our new car delivery guy was awesome and patient with my excited wife. Bob our finance guy was awesome with disclosing what could/would be in our best interest rather than his pocketbook. We will be referring anyone who asks or talks about a new / used car purchase to these guys. Very low key, very people oriented, not pushy. Great experience.
